Dear all, I use Amber8. I use ptraj to extract 250 snapshots from my md2.mdcrd (~20Mb) file. Something errors as follows: "WARNING in ptrajOutputCoordinates(): Could not open output coordinate file ....", it like the bug. 17. Then I fix and recompile it, but the errors still happen unfortunately. Because the file is too big to be attached. Best Regards.
