You have to understand that these questions are very disconcerting to the
developers. There is a section (6.4) in the manual on installation of
pmemd. There is a README file in amber8/src/pmemd which gives detailed
instructions. If you are actually going to make good use of these codes,
you are going to have to learn to solve problems on your own.
