OK...I should have seen this earlier. You should apply bugfix.22 (at the
Amber web site, http://amber.scripps.edu). Then you will get a better
error message, indicating the actual amount of memory needed. You will then
need to edit $AMBERHOME/src/anal/sizes.h and recompile anal.
