Subject: AMBER: A problem about a sander parallel run

Hi, Amber

 

I installed the Amber8 parallel version successfully. But when I tried to submit a sander parallel job with PBS script, I got the following error:

 

<MPICH-GM> Error: Need to obtain the job magic number in GMPI_MAGIC !

[0] Error: write to socket failed !

 

Could you help me out? Thank you.
