Dear All,
I am attempting to use nmanal from AMBER 7. I am using old style parm files
from sander 5.
I get the error message below:-
fmt: read unexpected character
apparent state: unit 20 named prmtop
last format: (5E16.8)
lately reading sequential formatted external IO
Abort
I have checked my parm file and it is correct in format.
I have noticed a mail in the reflector archive which cites the same problem
that has been unanswered. Is this a well known problem?
Also I can't find a test for nmanal in the AMBER 7 release is this correct.
Thankyou in advance
Ben Cossins
