unnatural base - RESP charges in ANTECHAMBERwhat is the "new trajectory format"? I don't think that
the trajectory format changed.

  Dear All,

  I am wondering if it is possible to convert old trajectory file (amber6)
  to new trajectory file format(amber7). I need run mmpbsa but
  it needs the new format. For the prmtop file I can use xleap
  in amber7 to generate again. But it won't recognize the old coordinates
  files.
