Subject: AMBER: question about building initial structure

Dear All,

I try to study phosphorylation effect on a protein, but don't know how
to prepare a phosphorylated start structure from an un-phosphorylated
structure. I read the tutorials, FAQ and archives of amber mail. Still
not very clear. Is there anybody can tell me a procedure about how to
do this? Thank you very much!
