Subject: AMBER: fit a 3D line to points

Dear all,

I am writting to ask if there are any utilities included in AMBER which can
fit a 3D line to points. I want to fit two beta-strands to 2 straight line,
and then calculate the relative direction between them. Thanks a lot!
