Yes you are right. The copilation goes on till I find an error during the
antechamber as follows,

cc -O -std1 antechamber.o -lm -o antechamber
cc -c -O -std1 -o atomtype.o atomtype.c
cc -O -std1 atomtype.o -lm -o atomtype
cxx -c -o bondtype.o bondtype.C
cxx: No such file or directory
*** Exit 1
Stop.
*** Exit 1
Stop.

I am not sure what I need more. COuld you suggest me what I need to do next.
