Subject: AMBER: A parm file suit for half beta and half alpha structure

Hi amber,

If I want to study a protein which contains half beta sheet and half alpha
helix, which AMBER parm file is proper for it? I know that AMBER94/99 is good
for alpha helix, and AMBER96 is good for beta structure. How about
AMBER03 or AMBERx? Any suggestion would be helpful.
