Subject: AMBER: ptraj read in matrix

Dear All,
I wonder if there is a way to read in and analyze a matrix using ptraj
program. The matrix was created by ptraj in a previous run; however, I do
not want to store it on the matrixStack, but save to disk, modify and then
read in to ptraj. Is it possible?
