Subject: AMBER: How to compile antechamber?

Dear all

I downloaded antechamber source code from amber website. In the
Makefile, it 'include ../config.h' but I couldn't find it in my Amber6
distribution. I changed '../config.h' to '../sfx.h', but the definition
of $LOADCC,$CFLAGS,$CPLUSPLUS, and $CPPFLAGS are missing. Any helps will
be very appriciated!
