Subject: AMBER: prep files for modified bases

Dear AMBER usrers,

I wonder if prep files (.in) for M2G, H2U, and YG etc. are included in
any latest version of AMBER (We have AMBER7). Can these files be found
from elsewhere? If not, what would you advice to make these files - use
antechamber to set up a prep file for an entire RNA molecule or modify
.in file for each base individually?
