Is there any way to calculate the dipole moments with carnal?? I know
that ptraj does it but it would be useful to do it by Carnal too because
in carnal I could manipulate this data, for example calculating the
angle between the dipole moment and a plane (whose normal vector can be
calculated by carnal).
