Hi there,
I have 2 questions:

1. i would like to use Delphi and i need .siz and .crg files.
which are better? AMBER or PARSE? (maybe AMBER is better in one file and PARSE in the other) in other words, what is the best choice of .crg and .siz files for Delphi. i am working on a complex containing RNA+protein+small ligand (as messy as it gets).

2. according to the answer of question number 1, where do i get these files?
