Subject: Re: AMBER: Zn in antechamber

You may first generate an ac file from gaussian output file, then use
respgen to generate the input files for resp. Since Zn is involved, respgen
in amber7 may not work well. You may manually revise the input files for
the two-stage resp fitting. Don't forget to make fragment neutral or bear
an integer charge (Zn, +2, water, 0 for example). Finally, you can read in
the charges (qout, in default) into the ac file using antechamber
(antechamber -fi ac -i gout.ac -c rc -cf qout).

Thank you for the help.
If I also want to get charges, what should I do? I have a gaussian
output for the complex.
