Subject: AMBER: /exe/teLeap does not exist

I would like to install the amber package in RedHat7.3. I have a problem
when I try to test the leap program with the command make test.leap.
I got the message: ../../exe/teLeap does not exist. Does anyone
know how to compile teLeap?
