Subject: Memory problem

Hye I would like to use amber on a ibm regatta computer. I want to use 16 CPU,
and run a job with around 35000 atoms. The administration of the computer says
that I have to specify the memory that the job takes. Could you help me with
this please, because I don't know how much memory to ask for. Thank you.
