Subject: GB model

Hi,
Here is a question about GB model. We chose igb=2, and
certainly,  no periodic boundary and no pressure
scaling are used. But if we used the temperature
scalling with ntt=1. Would there be any bad effect on
our simulation?
 
By the way, we are modelling a protein with 130
residues or so.
