Subject: serine/tyrosine in charged states

Hi,
I want to build some unnatural amino acids
such as tyrosine and serine without hydrogen
at the hydroxyl group.
Could anyone help with hints?
I tried to use the serine file in the standard
amber prep input file but had problems with it.
