Subject: Nitro group introduction in tyrosine residue

Dear Amber users,

 I am working on oxidative stress,
viz protein nitration especially
tyrosine nitration.
 
 I wish to do molecular dynamics
for nitrated protein. How should
I introduce nitro group in tyrosine
residue of protein. Can I use leap?
Would anyone give information regarding
this?
