Thank you very much for your response. However, I have looked in FAQ before
asking my question, but it is not clear to me because in FAQ I saw
"...where the masses are in amu and the velocities are from the program"
Could you please give me more detail about the unit of velocity? Is it in
Angstrom/picosecond?
