Subject: hydration site

Dear amber user
I read from forum that hydration site could be
identified by hydration density maps calculated by
rdparm/ptraj. but I could not find the order in ptraj.
How to identify the hydration site? I also would like
to clearly view the solvent distribution figure around
protein( I do MD for protein in mixed water-organic
solvent.) what is best software to use? Could anybody
help me?
