Subject: Helical Drift

Hi all,

I am interested in measuring the helical drift of a GPCR during a
production run. At the moment I am using the RMS code to determine how
much they are moving from the reference but I would also like to know in
which direction. Does anyone know of some software/code or some way of
measuring this??
