Subject: mpirun problem!

Hi guys,

I was running into a mpirun problem. I use the scripts like:

nohup mpirun -np 16 $AMBERHOME/exe/sander -O -i ......

The system told me:
rsh: name.utoronto.ca: not found

....
p0_3434628: p4_error: Timeout in making connection to remote process on
name.utoronto.ca:0

I have met this problem before and solved it. I donot remember what I had
done to it. Today the problem came again. In my home directory I have both
.rhost and .rhosts files, and they all have the name of my hosts. Could
anybody give me some suggestion? Thank you.
