Subject: seperate one trajectory file into two

Hi, I have a 1ns simulation that includes equilibrium
at the first 300ps. I want to use the the later 700ps
data for rms and energetic analysis. I wonder if I can
use some tools such as carnal to spit one trajectory
file into two. Thanks.
