Hi Guanglei,
though I agree with Oliver that WhatIf would probably be the best in terms
of results, in my opinion it is
a bit user-unfriendly. For easy-to-use tools, you can use the commerial
programs from Accelrys (INSIGHT, DSViewer -for PCs as well) or Sybyl from
TRIPOS.
