Subject: lastrst

I am having grave difficulty in running MD even using your examples as a
guide. I am getting a message from the output file as follows:

Exceeding lastrst
?
?
?
Increase lastrst in the &cntrl namelist

I looked in the manual for this namelist variable and could not locate it.
Can you inform me as to what this means.
