Subject: targeted MD sample

Hi, I was pointed to use targeted MD for my previous
question. However, I cannot find any sample input for
targeted MD and therefore I wonder if anyone can
kindly post a targeted MD input for the following
requirment:
The two substrates bound with protein are treated as
one (no internal degrees of freedom) but as a whole
they are flexible.
