Subject: running sander_classic for amber6 using different version of mpi

Amber users,

I have been able to compile and run sander_classic for amber6 using Scali
mpi, but not mpich.
When I use scali mpi, it compiles fine and I am able to successfully
execute the program.
However when I use mpich-1.2.* (several different version tried), I
encounter a problem. It seems to
compile okay, but then it will not run.
Has anyone experienced this?

Please note that the "sander" executable compiled for Scali mpi and
mpich-1.2.* works.
