The CD's have not changed, *except* that an updated version of the pdf file
for the Users' Manual was included in about April, 2002. You don't need a new
CD for that, since the manual can be downloaded from the Amber web site.
(Note that there are a small number of corrections even to the upated manual:
see the web site for details.)

We have toyed with the idea of producing a "7.1" release, with fully patched
files. But the logistics (for both us and the users) seemed prohibitive.
Note that any individual group probably only needs to install a handful of the
patches (the ones that apply to them).
