Look on page 127 of the Users' Manual for a general description. What is
there now is perhaps too terse. In the middle of the page, it should really
say something like this:

"An alternate, 8-column, format has both upper and lower bounds, as the
seventh and eighth column, respectively. For example, a typical line might
look like this:

   23 ALA HA 51 VAL H 3.2 3.8 # comments go here

Here the lower bound is 3.2 and the upper bound is 3.8 (angstroms)."
