Subject: restrt format problem

I am running MD with AMBER7, and at ~5000 ps
I get some *** in the restrt file, and I cannot
continue the dynamics. Nothing seems wrong with the pdb
file extracted up to that point. Can it be that I have
to remove translational motion? But I think amber7
does this every 1000 steps by default. Can someone suggest
a solution to this problem? Thanks, Marcela
