Hi everybody,
   I would like to know what is the use of 3 dummy
atoms in the topology file(Amber in various force
fileds),I saw in N-terminus,C-terminus files also even
notation is same,it has 3 dummy atoms in the starting
after that they are started acyual atoms in amino
acids.What are those 3 dummy atoms represents.
