Subject: time averaged restraint parameters

Could someone familiar with the use of time averaged distance restraints
in sander please recommend appropriate values of tau and power for
DISAVE and also force constants in the restraint list. Literature
citations would be most welcome. Any other advice concerning the use of
this type of restraint would also be greatly appreciated.
