Sir,
   I have a query related to force field calculations .Is there any specific
procedure to parse Topology files,Parameter files and calculation of Energy.
Could U suggest any procedure related.
Is there anything like Tree construction for a residue or anyother.Or atleast
could U suggest any reference related to that.
