Subject: Re: trouble with snapshots GC option of MM_PBSA - Now no output for lig and rec

I now have all the snapshots I need to run mm_pbsa, but when it runs I
get an empty log file, and only an all.out file for the complex, ligand
and receptor give nothing!

Thoughts??
