Subject: Question on Antechamber paper

In the Amber7 manual, Antechamber references list a paper by Wang, Wei,
Kollman (manuscript in preparation). The only trace I can find of this
paper is a conference abstract:

Junmei Wang, Wei Wang, Peter A. Kollman, "Antechamber: An accessory software
package for molecular mechanical calculations", Abstracts of Papers of the
American Chemical Society, 220, 135-COMP, Part 1 August, 2001.

Was this paper actually produced and how can I get it?
