One can also use gOpenMol software with SnagIt

1. convert AMBER ascii trajectory to binary format by ambera2b (from
gOpenMol package)
2. import PDB file of the system (with all residues - carnal can
convert .crd and .top to .pdb)
3. load binary trajectory to gOpenMol
4. run it
5. use software to capture video (SnagIt is very good)
6. you can edit video by e.g. VD (virtualdub)

gOpenMol is powerfull tool for visualization!
