Subject: Format of prep input files

Hi everyone,

We can\'t find the format for prep input files anywhere. The link on the
Amber website to the formats of the prep input files is not working,
and the formats of the prep input files are also not included at the
end of the list.

We would like to understand which information is given in each of the
columns of a prep input file because we need to modify a prep input
file.

Thank you very much for any information on where we can get these file
formats from.
