Hi Diana,

"new2oldparm" is a stand-alone program. Its source code is in
$AMBERHOME/src/lib.

Go to this directory and type "make new2oldparm install".
You will find the executable then in $AMBERHOME/exe.

It is used as "new2oldparm < OLDPARMTOP > NEWPARMTOP".
