It's in the &cntrl namelist, (as the message suggests). It *does* seem to
be missing from the users' manual, and we'll try to get that fixed. (Better
still, we'll get dynamic allocation working on the internal stacks, so
that setting this parameter will be unnecessary. But don't hold your
breath...)
