Thanks for all replys.

Setting OldPrmtopFormat was worked in Moilview10 when I just calcualt
the pure ligand without water. But it's unworked for the salvated system
even a small system ( 727 waters with 34 atoms ligand ). The latter
situation gave me a very ugly movie...a lot of confused line.

Can Moilview10.1 solve it?
