Subject: solvated time-averaged restraint refinement of DNA

Does anyone have a good set of parameters for this sort of refinement
(based on NMR-derived restraints)? I am especially interested in the
values chosen for the force constant, tau, and power and why you chose
those values. Also, if someone could provide a better definition for
the power variable than found in the manual, I would be much obliged.
