Check the PATH variable!

Recently we have got AMBER7 software and installed (OS -RedHat 7.1 and IBM
machine) as per given instruction in the user manual. All the modules are
working fine except leap module.

If i run xleap then i am getting error
xaLeap command not found

If i run tleap then i am getting error
teLeap command not found

But both xaLeap and teLeap are available in exe directory.

It will be great if you could help me to over come this problem.
