Hi,

When I run

mpirun -np 2 sander [options]...

I get an error message:

 unknown flag: -p4pg

I found some information that suggest mdfil.f in
sander source directory might need to be modified
to ignore this flag.

How do I do this exacly? Or do you have a patch for
this problem?
