I am a bio-Informatics student in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beer-
Sheva, Israel.

I have a project on "Matching Patterns for Secondary Structure of a Protein
Identification & Prediction" and i am looking for an algorithm/code written in
c++/c .

I looked at your web site and i found it very interesting.

I'll appreciate if you could send me that code.
