Subject: a question about .in files

Hello!
   I am wondering where can I find information about the content of an
.in file. I am trying to build a new residue for RNA incorporation (a
base analogue) and I want to build the appropiate .in file for the new
residue. The problem is that I could not find a description of .in files.
