Subject: Gibbs Question

Dear Amber users!!

I have a question regarding gibbs.
Is it possible to mutate a Thymine residue
into a Adenine residue (and back)with gibbs,
and if yes
how does the setup procedure (using Leap or
link, edit parm) work in detail.

Does anybody have experience with this
problem!!
