Sir,

While running sander for minimization, the program stopped giving messages;

     Real Memory requirement of: 2570423 exceeds MAXREA of 2500000
     Static Integer Memory requirement of: 2986092 exceeds MAXINT of 2000000

so I resized both parameters MAXREA and MAXINT in /sander/size.h.
Then I recompiled sander by running 'make install'. The compilation,
however, was not completed giving an error message at the end:

Will you please explain the error message?
I am running AMBER 6.0 on Origin 2000 (IRIX 6.4), on a 137 residue protein
surrounded by 11030 water molecules.

Thank you in advance,
